Your Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with TechSavvy Innovations' business goals.
- Create engaging and on-brand content across multiple social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement with our online community.
- Monitor social media trends and user engagement metrics to refine our strategy.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Analyze data and compile reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Act as the brand's voice on social media by engaging with customers, responding to comments, and managing direct messages.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management or digital marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights from social media performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
